CONDITIONS OF HIRE

Standard terms and conditions

The Club's standard terms and conditions shall apply to the hire of the pitches. A copy is on the website on the Book our Facilities page.

Supervision

In particular the hirer is responsible for:

1. The administration and organisation of all activities on the pitch(es)
2. The supervision and control of all visitors, spectators and officials.
3. Leaving all pitches, changing rooms, toilets and showers undamaged and in the condition they found them and as tidy as possible.

Conduct on the premises

Please also note in particular that the hirer shall not cause or permit:

1. Any collections, games of chance, sweepstakes or lotteries or any betting to be conducted on any part of the premises.
2. Any excessive drunkenness or any immoral conduct whatsoever on any part of the premises.
3. Activities that cause a nuisance, damage, annoyance or disturbance to the Club, or to the owners of occupiers of any neighbouring premises.
4. Consumption of the hirers own food and drink is not permitted without prior consent of the Club.

Car parking

All vehicles are to be confined to parking areas as recognised.
Points of access and the emergency bay to be left clear at all times.
