Named in memory of Tom Wilson, the Willows teams aim to provide a first experience of competitive men's league hockey for adults and colts before they move up to higher teams. There are currently four Willows teams:

Men's 5s - "Willows 1s"
Men's 6s - "Willows Woodsmen"
Men's 7s - "Willows Rangers"
Men's 8s - "Willows Axemen"

All Willows teams play in the lower divisions of the East Men's League.

The Men's 8s are a Development team rejoining the league this season.
