In the 4 years of Willows existence Mark Strelley Jones has pretty much played every game, other than when recovering from heroic injuries in the firing line including a fractured jaw and toe. He has been crowned Player of The Season and Most Improved Player but never has he put the ball in the back of the net........until now! Now some would have thought this caused for an exuberant goal celebration (like one of Phil Beauman's specials) , but to be fair that's just not Mark's style. And so the floodgates opened as Mark finished with a second.

The rest of the team put in another great performance with goals from 8 individuals including 4 from Max Sicklin whose goals and great work rate would on any other day have won him Man of the Match....the day was Marks.

DoD went to Neil (thanks for keeping for us!) who, rumour has it, let in one goal just to mess up our impressive, what would have been, 9 out of 10 clean sheets.

So to the stats: 10 played, 30 points, 77 scored, 3 conceded. 7.7 Average per game. Beat that!
