The Old Loughtonians Talent Academy is run by Old Loughtonians Hockey Club for players in its designated catchment area but as a standalone division.

It has its own separate management committee, welfare and discipline officers and membership register.

It has its own budget and accounts and is none profit making; aiming always just to break even.
