The full terms of membership are set out in the next section, but, in brief, in addition to Platinum Membership at £600 the membership categories and related annual prices are:

(a) Full Adult (over 25) - £450;

(b) Young Adult (18 to 25 on 1 September) concession - £320;

(d) Goal keeper with own kit concession - half price Adult/Young Adult/Youth as appropriate

(e) Youth concession (under 14 on 1+September) not playing Saturday League - £240;

(f) Mini Hockey (under 12 on 1 September) - £240;

(g) Mini Hockey (under 10 on 1 September) - £200;

(h) Mini Hockey (under 8 and Seedlings on 1 September) -£175;

(i) Country (age 17 and over, living 60 miles round trip away from area, playing max 6 games in a season) - £120

(h) Social (may play up to 3 games in a season) - £60

(i) Adult Playing Captain/Coach/Manager/Officer - £225;

(j) Young Adult Playing Captain/Coach/Manager/Officer - £160;

(k) Family - depending on how many adults and children;

(l) Senior (65 and over) - £225;

(j) aged 62 to 64 - £337.50;

Non playing volunteer coaches. managers and officers must register as club members but do not pay a membership fee.

A “Product” will be allocated to each member on the Pitchero club website showing the annual fee payable which can be paid in one lump sum or in instalments. Adult members can assign the product to themselves in the “Shop” section.

The fee is payable by direct debit or credit card using the Club's Pitchero Website payment system. Please note that this is an annual fee and instalment payments cannot be cancelled part way through the season.

It can also be paid by bank transfer (quoting the member's name) to account number 90714437, sort code 20-45-45 but if you pay by bank transfer please contact the club office to tell them so that your records can be updated to show you have paid.

The club cannot accept cash.

Undergraduates can play for free whilst studying full time and any returning Old Loughts Colt will get the first year back for free. Any student should please provide the membership secretary with a copy of the enrolment course details (including the intended return date).

Anyone who umpired between five and nine league matches last season is entitled to a 25% discount this season. Anyone who umpired over ten league matches will be entitled to a 50% discount.

Please note that we cannot register members in leagues and members (without exception) cannot train or play in any competitions or coach at any level until the membership process has been completed.

The club's insurance only applies to club members.

We take safeguarding very seriously and can make no exceptions for anyone who has not registered.

Members are only entitled to one discount per season.
