6. New Members

Welcome to the club

NEW MEMBERS: For the 2024/25 season, all new Youth and Adult members will be entitled to half-price membership for their first year of membership, subject to the following:
ā€¢ Half-price membership is not applicable to the Mini section (under 12 as at 01st September) as these fees are already discounted
ā€¢ The definition of ā€œnew memberā€ is a person who was not a registered club member in the previous season.
ā€¢ The discount can only be claimed once per member. i.e Members cannot join in season 1, leave in season 2 and qualify again as a new member in season 3.
ā€¢ The discount cannot be used alongside any other membership discount offers.

All our membership records are held online in the Club website database.

To become a member of Old Loughtonians, please click the JOIN button in the top right hand corner of our Home page and enter your details.

If membership is for a child aged 14 or under, a parent must register themselves first and request the 'parent' role. You will then be able to set up a player profile for your child.

14 to 18 year-olds may have their own account, but we do encourage you to enter a parent's email address as the contact email, especially in the case of under 16s.

You will be asked to agree to the relevant Pitchero and Old Loughtonians consent options.

When your application has been approved and you have confirmed your email address, you will be able to manage your account and your child's player profile using your new log-in details.

Please download the free Pitchero Club App for the easiest way to note availability and receive communication from Old Loughts.

In subsequent years you then only need to check your details online and re-register for another season.

If you would like to discuss membership with someone from the club before joining, please contact our Membership Secretary.

You will also have to register with England Hockey. Please see the separate page for details.

Membership fees are payable annually. Fees can be paid in one lump sum or in agreed instalments. Instalment payments cannot be stopped part way through the season.
