and reflect the values of England Hockey and best practice in sport.

To ensure that our commitment is clear and approachable we have a dedicated group of volunteers who provide guidance and support to the Club on equality, diversity, inclusivity and belonging.

The current members of the group which reports to the management committee are

Simon Beckley (chairman), Tina Bennett, Michelle Cross, Gurmit Dhillon, David Gwynne, Stuart Hurwitz, Pranitha Naidu, Bob Narwal, Sanjai Patel and Matt Smylie.

If at any stage you have any concerns which you would like to raise which relate specifically to equality, diversity, inclusivity and belonging as opposed to welfare and safeguarding please contact any member of the group at inclusivity@oldloughtonians.co.uk and your concern will be addressed in confidence. All welfare and safeguarding issues should be raised with Cindy Falconer,  the club Welfare and Safeguarding Officer.
