Safeguarding

I agree to provide the Club with all documentation required to enable it to carry out a DBS check on me and such other checks as the Club is required to make from time to time to enable me to work with children.

I have not been convicted of any offence which would debar me from working with or being in contact with children.

Data Protection

I am aware of the restrictions on the storage and use of personal data and will not use any personal data other than in accordance with the Club’s privacy policy.  I will not store personal data other than in accordance with the privacy policy and. In particular, will not transfer data from the website onto my own personal equipment other than where specifically needed and in accordance with the policy.

Communications

I will communicate with members and parents in accordance with the Club code of conduct and the expectations policy and add information to the Club website and social media pages in accordance with the web-user policy.
