7. Incident Reporting

The club embraces the Child Protection Services Unit ("CPSU") guidance on reporting accidents, bullying and other incidents.

if an incident has occurred.

Captains, coaches and managers will be available to help but we are all volunteer members and it is the responsibility of the player or parent to report an incident.

Please send the completed form(s) to OLHC@oldloughtonians.co.uk so that the accident report ledger can be completed and insurers can (where necessary) be notified.
