9. Club AGM 2021

The last annual general meeting of the club in its former guise as the unincorporated association called Old Loughtonians Hockey Club (the "Association") took place on 12th October 2020.  All of the activities of the Association are now with Old Loughtonians Hockey Club Limited ("OLHC") but the Association still receives some monies into an old bank account and the standing orders have not been updated. These funds are held on behalf of OLHC but until the standing orders are amended the Association cannot be dissolved. The only remaining members of the Association are:
-four existing and former  members of the management committee )who are managing the wind down of the Association);
-vice presidents appointed before the transfer in 2017;and
-life members appointed before 2017.

The constitution of the Association requires us to hold an annual general meeting. The constitution was not previously amended as the dissolution was thought to be imminent.

Members of the Association will be asked to amend the constitution to remove the need for further annual general meetings.

Members of the Association will also be asked to approve the dissolution of the Association once the remaining bank account has been closed.
